摘　　要：目的观察苯溴马隆联合非布司他治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风的效果及对患者炎症因子水平、血管功能的影响。方法将本院2019年5月至2020年7月收治的46例高尿酸血症伴痛风患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组采用苯溴马隆片治疗,观察组采用苯溴马隆片联合非布司他片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎症因子、血管功能、肾功能指标水平、疼痛情况及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NALP3、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、ET-1、BUA、Scr、BUN水平均降低,NO水平及FMV升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分降低,GQOLI-74评分升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯溴马隆联合非布司他治疗高尿酸血症伴痛风可降低患者的BUA水平,减轻炎性反应和疼痛程度,改善血管功能,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of benbromarone combined with febuxostat in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia and its influence on inflammatory factors levels and vascular function of patients.Methods A total of 46 patients with gout with hyperuricemia admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benbromarone tablets,and the observation group was treated with benbromarone tablets combined with febuxostat tablets.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,vascular function,renal function indexes levels,pain and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NALP3,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,ET-1,BUA,Scr and BUN levels decreased in the two groups,NO level and FMV increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score decreased and GQOLI-74 score increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benbromarone combined with febuxostat in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia can reduce the BUA level,relieve inflammatory reaction and pain,and improve vascular function and the quality of life.
