摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散治疗迁延性慢性腹泻患儿的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的80例迁延性慢性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的呕吐缓解时间、大便性状恢复时间、大便次数恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MLT、GAS、SP水平均低于对照组,SS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片、蒙脱石散治疗迁延性慢性腹泻患儿的效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,缩短住院时间,改善胃肠激素指标水平。Objective To investigate the effect of zinc gluconate oral liquid combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with persistent chronic diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 children with persistent chronic diarrhea admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zinc gluconate oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and montmorillonite powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The vomiting remission time,stool character recovery time,stool frequency recovery time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MLT,GAS and SP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the SS level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal distension,abdominal pain and diarrhea scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zinc gluconate oral liquid combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with persistent chronic diarrhea has significant effect,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,shorten hospital stay and improve gastrointestinal hormone levels.
