生血宁片联合琥珀酸亚铁片对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者铁代谢、免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生血宁片联合琥珀酸亚铁片对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者铁代谢、免疫功能的影响。方法采用数字随机表法将2018年5月至2019年6月收治的88例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者分为对照组(n=44)及观察组(n=44)。对照组给予琥珀酸亚铁片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予生血宁片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的铁代谢指标、免疫功能指标、血液学指标。结果治疗后,两组患者的SI水平、TSAT均较治疗前升高,TRF水平较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)明显升高,CD8^(+)明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Hb水平、RBC、MCV均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生血宁片联合琥珀酸亚铁片在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中的应用价值较高,可改善患者的铁代谢水平、免疫功能及贫血相关血液学指标。Objective To explore the effects of Shengxuening tablets combined with ferrous succinate tablets on iron metabolism and immune function in patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods Eighty-eight patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy admitted from May 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)according to the random number table method.The control group was given ferrous succinate tablets treatment,and the observation group was given Shengxuening tablets treatment on the basis of the control group.The indexes of iron metabolism,immune function and hematological indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the SI level and TSAT of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the TRF level was lower than that before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) of the two groups increased significantly,while CD8+decreased significantly,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hb level,RBC and MCV in the two groups significantly increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengxuening tablets combined with ferrous succinate tablets have higher application value in patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy,which can improve the iron metabolism level,immune function and anemia related hematological indexes.
