降逆和胃汤治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨降逆和胃汤治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2019年12月我院收治的90例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者为研究对象。根据治疗方案比较不同将其分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予降逆和胃汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组的MTL水平高于对照组,GAS、VIP、IL-6及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的胃脘胀满、疼痛、反酸、烧灼感评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SF-36各项评分均较治疗前明显升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降逆和胃汤治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效显著,能有效促进患者胃肠功能恢复,减轻炎症反应,缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiangni Hewei decoction in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods Ninety patients with primary bile reflux gastritis admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Jiangni Hewei decoction on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the level of MTL in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of GAS,VIP,IL-6 and CRP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric fullness,pain,acid regurgitation and burning sensation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangni Hewei decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis,it can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce inflammatory response,relieve the clinical symptoms,and improve the curative effect and the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
