摘　　要：目的探讨以护士为主导的多学科协作模式在降低老年住院患者跌倒发生率中的应用。方法回顾性选择以护士为主导的多学科团队协作模式实施前(2018年)收住的8987例老年住院患者为对照组,回顾性选择以护士为主导的多学科团队协作模式实施后(2019年)收住的10999例老年住院患者为观察组。分析老年住院患者发生跌倒的原因,总结以护士为主导的多学科团队协作模式实施细节。比较两组患者的跌倒发生率、护理满意度及防跌倒相关知识掌握情况。结果观察组患者的跌倒发生率为0.05%,低于对照组的0.08%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为99.7%,高于对照组的98.8%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的防跌倒相关知识掌握率为99.7%,显著高于对照组的88.6%(P<0.05)。结论以护士为主导的多学科团队协作模式可有效降低老年住院患者的跌倒发生率。Objective To explore the application of nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative model in reducing the incidence of falls in elderly inpatients.Methods A total of 8987 elderly inpatients before the implementation of nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative model(in 2018)were retrospectively selected as control group,and 10999 elderly inpatients after the implementation of nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative model(in 2019)were retrospectively selected as observation group.The causes of falls in elderly inpatients were analyzed,and the implementation details of nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative model were summarized.The incidence of falls,nursing satisfaction and knowledge of fall prevention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of falls in the observation group was 0.05%,which was lower than 0.08%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 99.7%,which was higher than 98.8%of the control group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of knowledge of fall prevention in the observation group was 99.7%,which was significantly higher than 88.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-led multidisciplinary collaborative model can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in elderly inpatients.
