摘　　要：该文研究利用重庆当地优质石灰石机制砂替代石英砂,通过掺入聚丙烯纤维,优化混凝土配合比,改进生产应用技术,大幅度降低成本,制备出强度等级达到R100级的高性能装配式预制盖板,并在重庆市某在建高速公路工程中予以应用,实现就地取材和节约资源能源,经济效益和社会效益明显。This paper studied the use of local high-quality limestone machine-made sand in Chongqing to replace quartz sand.By adding polypropylene fiber to optimize the mix ratio of concrete,improve the production and application technology,and significantly reduce the costs,a high-performance prefabricated cover plate with a strength level of R100 was prepared and applied in an expressway project under construction in Chongqing,realizing the use of local materials and saving resources and energy,with remarkable economic and social benefits.
