摘 要:根据城市发展需求,污染型企业逐渐搬离主城区,而部分厂区内遗留下来仍有使用价值的建筑物,通过文旅项目得到改造再利用的机会。火力发电厂240m亚洲第一高钢筋混凝土烟囱即为其中的典型建筑,由于烟囱高度大,其检查和维修保养难度也相应增大。为保证后续改造使用中建筑结构性能及安全性,应对烟囱结构材质现状、病害缺陷分布等进行检测评定并分析相应对策。该文以240m超高烟囱工程实例为基础,详细阐述了该类结构现状问题及应对策略,可为今后该类型结构的改造再利用提供依据。For the demand of urban development,polluting enterprises are gradually moving away from the main urban area,leaving some buildings with use value to be renovated and reused through cultural tourism projects.The Asia's tallest reinforced concrete chimney of 240m in the thermal power plant is a typical structure.Due to the remarkable height,the chimney has a huge difficulty in inspection and maintenance.In order to ensure the structural performance and safety in the follow-up renovation,there is necessity of detecting and evaluating the material condition and the defects distribution of the chimney as well as analyzing corresponding measures.Based on the 240m super-high chimney project,this paper expounded the existing problems and countermeasures,which provides the basis for the renovation and reuse of this type of structure.
