摘　　要：该文介绍了工程总承包模式的发展历程和特点,结合城镇老旧小区改造项目的特点,从政策要求和项目需求角度,对老旧小区改造项目探索工程建设组织模式创新进行探讨,可供业内人士和相关主管部门参考。This paper introduced the development process and characteristics of the general contracting model of projects.Combining the characteristics of urban old community reconstruction projects,this paper discussed the organizational model innovation of renovation engineering of old residential areas from the perspective of policy requirements and project needs,which can be used as a reference for industry insiders and relevant authorities.
