摘  要:分析了微型调心球轴承的高速摆动工作特性,建立轴承在径向载荷下的非线性静力学平衡方程组并求解,从而得到微型调心球轴承的负荷分布、支撑刚度、额定负荷、摆动寿命和摩擦力矩等特性指标。为了模拟轴承高速摆动和交变载荷的实际工况,研制一微型调心球轴承高速摆动寿命试验系统。该系统通过曲柄导杆机构实现高速摆动工况,采用飞轮减低机械系统的速度波动,通过正弦机构实现径向脉冲加载,采用测量切向力的方式监测摩擦力矩,采用红外温度传感器观测轴承温度变化。本研究的轴承理论分析与试验系统为微型调心球轴承工作特性指标的确定提供依据,也为其他微型轴承的研究提供参考。The operational characteristics of miniature self-aligning ball bearing in a high-speed oscillating application are analyzed.Nonlinear static equilibrium equations of the bearing under radial load are set up and solved to obtain the properties indexes of the bearing,such as load distribution,support stiffness,rated load,oscillating working life,friction moment,etc.A test system of high-speed oscillating life for miniature self-aligning ball bearings is developed,which simulates the actual working conditions of high-speed swing and alternating load.In the test system,the crank shaper mechanism is used to implement high-speed oscillating condition,the flywheel is used to reduce the speed fluctuation of the mechanical system,the sine mechanism is used to achieve fluctuating radial load,the friction moment is monitored by measuring the tangential force,and the temperature of the bearing is observed by using infrared temperature sensor.The theoretical analysis and test system of the bearing described in this paper provide a basis for the determination of the working characteristics of miniature self-aligning ball bearing,as a reference for the research on other micro bearings.
