摘 要:为了获取共固化双层阻尼薄膜复合材料结构的阻尼特性,基于一阶剪切理论模型,利用Rayleigh-Ritz法计算共固化双层阻尼薄膜复合材料结构的固有频率和损耗因子,将计算结果同有限元法计算结果进行对比,验证该理论的正确性,同时分析结构固有频率和损耗因子随阻尼层位置和剪切模量变化的规律。结果表明:结构固有频率随着两阻尼层中面距离的增大先减小后增大,存在极小值;增大两阻尼层中面的距离,结构损耗因子先增大后减小,存在设计的最佳值;结构的固有频率随着结构剪切模量的增加而单调增加;随着剪切模量的增加,结构的损耗因子不再单调变化。In order to obtain the damping properties of the co-cured composite structures with double-layer damping membranes embedded,the natural frequency and loss factor of the structure are calculated by Rayleigh-Ritz method based on the first-order shear deformation theroy.The calculation results are compared with the finite element method,and the correctness of the theory is verified.The law of the natural frequency and loss factor variation with the change the damping layer position and shear modulus is obtained.The results show that the natural frequency of the structure decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of the mid-plane distance between the two damping layers,and there is a minimum value.When the mid-plane distance between the two damping layers increases,the loss factor increases firstly and then decreases,and there is an optimal value for the design.The natural frequency of the structure increases monotonously with increasing structural shear modulus;as the shear modulus increases,the loss factor of the structure no longer monotonically changes.
