摘  要:含安装误差的直齿轮啮合时会发生边缘接触,引起应力集中,影响使用寿命,且由于垂直平面不平行度误差将产生更大的齿向接触偏差。因此,以含垂直平面不平行度误差的直齿轮为研究对象,在系统介绍齿轮接触应力数值计算理论的基础上,计算了不同安装误差和载荷工况下的接触应力、接触宽度和相应的齿向载荷分布系数,并将无安装误差时的计算结果与按国家标准计算的结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,无安装误差时,计算结果与国标计算结果吻合度较高,并且能够反映轮齿接触时的"边缘效应";相同载荷下,随着安装误差的增大,齿宽方向接触不均现象加剧,并出现一侧脱离接触的情况;相同安装误差下,随着载荷的增大,接触不均现象得到改善;最大接触应力随着安装误差的增大和载荷的增大均呈现出非线性增加。When spur gear pair meshing with the assembly error,it will cause the edge contact and stress concentration,and affect the service life.In the meantime,because the parallelism error of vertical plane will produce a larger deviation of tooth contact,therefore,taking the spur gear pair with the parallelism error of vertical plane as the research object,then based on the systematic introduction of the numerical calculation theory of gear contact stress,and the contact stress,contact width and the corresponding load distribution coefficient along the tooth in the case of different assembly error and load conditions are calculated,and the results calculated by numerical calculation method and national standard calculation method in the case of no assembly error are made a comparative analysis.The results show that the results calculated by two methods in the case of no assembly error are close to each other,and the numerical calculation result can reflect the edge effect of the gear pair meshing.Under the same load,with the increase of the installation error,the uneven contact in the tooth width direction becomes worse,and one side disconnects.Under the same assembly error,the uneven contact is improved with the increase of load,the maximum contact stress presents nonlinear increase with the increase of assembly error and load.
