摘　　要：黎族传统婚姻习惯法在离婚自由、尊重婚前个人财产、保护未成年子女、彩礼分配等方面与国家法的理念相同,在女性抚养子女及财产分割等方面与国家法不同。推进黎族传统婚姻法中的优秀理念融入国家法,应完善法院调解和传统调解联动的婚姻纠纷解决机制,提高黎族现代婚姻家庭意识,制定适应时代的婚姻治理制度,践行司法为民理念。The traditional marriage customary law of Li nationality has the same ideas with the state law in the aspects of freedom of divorce,respect for personal property before marriage,protection of minor children and betrothal gifts distribution,while they have the differences in women raising children and division of property.In order to integrate Li nationality’s excellent ideas of traditional marriage law with the state law,we should improve the marriage dispute resolution mechanism of the linkage between the court mediation and the traditional mediation,raise the Li nationality’s awareness of modern marriage and family,formulate a marriage governance system suited to the times,and practice the concept of justice for the people.
