摘  要:顶盖螺栓是连接水轮机顶盖与座环的重要连接件,其预紧以及刚强度性能极大地影响着水轮机的安全运行,回龙抽水蓄能电站因顶盖螺栓出现过断裂造成事故。本文基于有限元方法研究M42、M58、M64三种不同直径螺栓在不同工况下的受力特性,并且分析了断面的应力分布特性。M42、M58螺栓最大等效应力大于螺栓材料的强度极限,存在较大安全隐患,直径越大螺栓安全系数越高,提取螺栓其最大应力危险截面,螺栓截面的应力云图呈圆环状分布,最大等效应力发生在螺栓表面,符合表面最开始出现裂纹的真实情况。The roof bolt is an important connecting piece that connects the top cover of the turbine and the seat ring.Its pretightening and rigidity performance greatly affect the safe operation of the turbine.The Huilong Pumped-storage Power Station caused an accident due to the breakage of the roof bolt.Based on the finite element method,this paper studies the force characteristics of bolts with different diameters under different working conditions,and analyzes the stress distribution characteristics of the section.Research shows that:M64 bolts meet the rigidity and strength requirements of the material,and extract the maximum stress dangerous section.The stress cloud diagram of the bolt section is distributed in a ring shape.The maximum equivalent stress occurs on the surface of the bolt,which is in line with the real situation of the initial crack on the surface.It can be seen that the material is 35CrMo and the bolt with a diameter of 64mm meets the rigidity and strength requirements and can be used as the roof connecting bolt for this hydropower station.
