摘  要:局部电网故障、自然灾害或人为操作失误等偶然事故导致电网分列成孤网运行,电网频率产生大幅度波动。本文根据怒江电网的实际运行情况,通过采用夏大、夏小两个典型运行方式的高频切机方案进行分析,首先对孤网系统存在的安全稳定问题进行详细分析,按照电力系统安全稳定导则的要求采取必要的控制措施,尽可能地保证孤立电网由紧急状态恢复为运行状态。方案按照有效性的排序原则切除机组来解决功率过剩的问题,按照先投入无功补偿装置,然后使发电机迟相或进相运行改变发电机端电压,最后调节变压器分接头的控制顺序解决无功不平衡的问题。从而保障电网分列运行后,孤网稳定运行。Local power grid fault,natural disaster or human operation error and other accidental accidents lead to the grid divided into isolated operation,and the power grid frequency fluctuates greatly.In this paper,according to the actual operation of Nujiang power grid,Through the analysis of two typical operation modes of Xiada and Xiaxiao,the high-frequency cutting scheme is analyzed.Firstly,the security and stability problems of the isolated network system are analyzed in detail.According to the requirements of power system security and stability guidelines,necessary control measures should be taken to ensure the isolated power grid from emergency state to operation state as far as possible.In order to solve the problem of excess power,the unit is cut off according to the principle of effectiveness.First,the reactive power compensation device is put into operation,and then the generator terminal voltage is changed by running the generator late or in phase.Finally,the control sequence of the transformer tap is adjusted to solve the problem of reactive power imbalance,so as to ensure the stable operation of the isolated network after the separate operation of the power grid.
