土地流转能够影响农业转移劳动力创业吗? --基于社会保障和信贷约束的调节效应分析

摘　　要：创业是农业转移劳动力,实现高质量就业、增收的重要方式。基于西南财经大学中国家庭金融调查数据,采用Probit模型和PSM模型,实证分析了土地流转对农业转移劳动力创业的影响,并检验了信贷约束和社会保障在其中的作用机制。实证结果表明:土地流转显著地增加了农业转移劳动力创业的可能性。机制检验表明,信贷约束在土地流转和创业之间起着正向调节作用,而社会保障在两者之间起着负向调节作用;地区、家庭耕地规模和代际土地流转和创业情况存在异质性。Entrepreneurship is an important way for agricultural transfer of labor to achieve high-quality employment and increase income.Land transfer plays an important role in promoting farmers'entrepreneurship.Based on the data of China Household Finance Survey 2015 of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics,this paper aims to use the probit model and the PSM model to empirically analyze the impact of land transfer on the entrepreneurship of agricultural transfer labor,and examine the mechanism of credit constraints and social security.The empirical results show that:land transfer significantly increases the possibility of agricultural transfer labor to start a business.The mechanism test shows that credit constraints play a positive regulatory role between land circulation and entrepreneurship,while social security plays a negative regulatory role between the two.There is heterogeneity in land transfer and entrepreneurship in different regions,and the impact of land transfer on entrepreneurship is also different.There are differences in the scale of farmland in different families and the impact of agricultural transfer labor between different generations.
