摘  要:针对某型飞机复合材料扰流板接头,选取典型十字连接区为研究对象,研究4点弯载荷作用下采用树脂传递模塑(Resin transfer moulding,RTM)成型工艺的十字接头典型件的极限承载能力,分析其损伤破坏模式,为复合材料RTM接头的设计强度分析提供参考。论文通过典型细节件4点弯曲试验,测量了其极限承载能力,获得了试件典型破坏模式;同时基于商用ABAQUS有限元软件平台,建立了十字连接区典型细节件有限元模型,数值模拟了其损伤破坏过程。通过比较数值模拟结果和试验结果,验证了数值模拟的可行性。Aiming at the composite spoiler joint of a certain aircraft,the typical cross joint area is selected as the research object to study its ultimate load bearing capacity of the RTM(Resin transfer moulding)formed composite spoiler joint under the four point bending load.Its damage and failure mode is analyzed,and a reference for the design of RTM formed composite joints is provided.A finite element model of the typical detail of the cross connection area is established and its damage process is simulated using the commercial software ABAQUS.The simulated results agree well with the experimental data and thus the feasibility of the numerical simulations is verified.
