门诊药房药师强化用药指导对高血压患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察门诊药房药师对高血压患者进行强化用药指导的效果。方法:2018年1月—2019年6月,选取160例高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组予常规用药指导;观察组由门诊药房药师行强化用药指导。比较干预后3个月两组患者血压控制情况、自我行为管理能力,以及干预期间的就诊情况和并发症发生情况。结果:干预后3个月,观察组患者的血压控制合格率、自我行为管理各指标评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05);干预期间,观察组非预约就诊次数、急诊次数、住院次数,以及高血压肾病、高血压性视网膜病变、心肌缺血、脑血管意外、高血压性心脏病等并发症发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:门诊药房药师强化用药指导可提高高血压患者的自我管理能力,降低就诊次数及并发症发生率,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy on intensive medication guidance for patients with hypertension.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,160 patients with hypertension were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medication guidance;The observation group was instructed by the pharmacist of outpatient pharmacy to take intensive medication.After 3 months of intervention,blood pressure control,self-behavior management ability,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after intervention,the qualified rate of blood pressure control and the scores of self-behavior management indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).During the intervention period,the number of non-appointment visits,emergency department visits,hospitalizations,and the incidence of complications such as hypertensive nephropathy,hypertensive retinopathy,myocardial ischemia,cerebrovascular accident and hypertensive heart disease in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive medication guidance by pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy can improve self-management ability of patients with hypertension,reduce the number of visits and the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
