摘  要:为进一步研究采矿方法的适用性,中关铁矿在-230 m水平13^(#)穿脉矿体厚大位置进行了大直径垂直深孔一次回采60 m段高的采矿方法试验研究。提出了试验矿块位置及结构参数,确定了凿岩硐室、底部结构参数及掘支方式、中深孔及大直径深孔切割拉槽的炮孔布置参数、装药量及起爆方式,大直径深孔炮孔布置参数、装药量及起爆方式等;最终形成一套适用于富水破碎金属矿山井下实际的安全、高效、技术先进、经济合理的大直径阶段深孔侧向崩矿嗣后充填采矿技术,并应用于采矿生产实践,取得了较好的效果。In order to further study the applicability of the mining method,a large-diameter vertical deep hole at the position of-230 m level 13^(#)through the vein ore body with a 60 m high mining method test and research were conducted at Zhongguan Iron Mine,and a test mine block location and structural parameters was proposed,the rock drilling chamber,bottom structure parameters and the way of excavation and support,the blast hole layout parameters of the medium-deep hole and the large-diameter deep hole cutting and drawing groove,the charge amount and the detonation method;the large-diameter deep hole gun Hole layout parameters,charge amount and detonation method,etc.were determined.Finally a set of practically safe,efficient,technologically advanced,and economically reasonable large-diameter stage deep hole lateral collapse and subsequent filling mining technology suitable for water-rich crushing metal mines was formed,and applied to mining production practice.
