摘 要:以云南某选矿厂饲钙级磷精矿选矿生产工艺为研究对象,针对原生产工艺精矿不达标的情况,通过流程考察分析及试验研究,在选厂现有设备的基础上将原单一反浮选1粗2精1扫流程优化为2粗3精1扫流程,且部分中间产品不返回。研究结果表明:优化后工艺获得的饲钙级磷精矿产率提高到68.17%,P_(2)O_(5)含量30.66%,MgO含量0.71%,MER值0.079,达到了饲钙级磷精矿的指标要求;综合尾矿P_(2)O_(5)含量较原工艺降低了8.00个百分点;同时,额外产出产率4.56%的合格化肥用磷精矿,有效地回收了磷精矿资源,提高了企业的经济效益和磷资源利用率。Taking the calcium-grade phosphate concentrate beneficiation production process of a concentrator in Yunnan as the research object,according to the original production process that the concentrate does not meet the standard,through process investigation and analysis and experimental research,the original order is replaced on the basis of the existing equipment of the concentrator.The process of one reverse flotation,one toughing two cleaning one scavenging is optimized to the process oftwo toughing three cleaning one scavenging,and some intermediate products are not returned.The results of the study show that the optimized process has increased the yield of feed calcium phosphate concentrate to 68.17%,P_(2)O_(5) content30.66%,MgO content 0.71%,and MER value 0.079,which meets the index requirements of feed calcium phosphate concentrate;content of P_(2)O_(5) in comprehensive tailings was reduced by 8.00 percentage points compared with the original process;at the same time,an additional yield of 4.56%of qualified phosphate concentrate for fertilizers was produced,which effectively recovered the phosphate concentrate resources and improved the economic benefits of the enterprise and the utilization rate of phosphorus resources.
