摘 要:江西某铜硫矿选硫浮选流程受前段选铜作业所添加药剂的影响,选矿厂生产指标不理想,为解决现场工艺流程的不适应问题,在使用脱药剂的基础上,进行了选硫浮选试验研究。试验研究结果表明:在使用脱药剂用量1500 g/t,采用1粗1精3扫浮选流程,控制粗选pH=6、浮选浓度35%、丁基黄药用量300 g/t、2^(#)油用量60 g/t的条件下,最终能获得硫品位45.12%、硫回收率85.43%的硫精矿,优化后脱药流程的精矿硫回收率提高了6.81个百分点,较好地提高了选硫指标。The sulfur flotation process of a copper-sulfur ore in Jiangxi was affected by the reagents added in the previous copper separation operation.The production index of the beneficiation plant was not ideal.In order to solve the problem of inadaptability of the on-site process flow,sulfur separation was carried out on the basis of the use of reagents.The results of the study show that the dosage of reagent removal is 1500 g/t,the process of one roughing one cleaning three scavengingis adopted,and the roughing control pH=6,the dosage of butyl xanthate is 300 g/t,the flotation concentration is 35%,and the dosage of 2^(#)oil is60 g/t,a sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 45.12%and sulfur recovery rate of 85.43%can be obtained,which improves the sulfur selection index.
