摘　　要：WK-20型电铲作为研山铁矿主要的供矿设备,至今已投入使用10 a,设备故障率较高。为解决电铲提升机构溜车电气故障,提高设备可开动率和作业率,降低故障率,通过编码器模块参数设置、处理编码器屏蔽接地等方法,处理解决电铲提升机构溜车电气故障。提高了电铲的设备完好率和可开动率,同时节省了设备抢修时间和备件费用,起到了降本增产的目的。对国内其他露天矿山电铲提升机构溜车故障处理提供了经验。As the main ore supply equipment of Yanshan Iron Mine,WK-20 electric shovel has been put into use for 10 years,and the equipment failure rate is relatively high.In order to solve the electrical faults of the electric shovel hoisting mechanism,improve the operating rate and operation rate of the equipment,and reduce the failure rate,the electric faults of the electric shovel hoisting mechanism of the electric shovel hoisting mechanism are solved through the parameter setting of the encoder module and the processing of encoder shielding grounding.The equipment integrity rate and the operating rate of the electric shovel are improved,and at the same time,the equipment repair time and spare parts costs are saved,and the purpose of reducing costs and increasing production is achieved.It provides experience in handling the failure of the electric shovel hoisting mechanism in other open-pit mines in China.
