摘  要:露天矿的新水平掘沟速度较慢通常是由于电铲在斜坡道的作业效率较低所导致的。为了提高掘沟速度,加快露天矿的向下延深,要对传统的掘沟工程进行优化。采用全沟等深孔爆破,电铲分层采装的作业方式,可以减少电铲在斜坡道上的作业量,减少汽车在沟底的运输量。通过该种工艺优化方法可以提高掘沟的采装和运输效率,加快露天矿新水平掘沟工程的速度。The slow speed of new horizontal trenching in open pit mines is usually caused by the low efficiency of electric shovels on the ramp.In order to improve the excavation speed and speed up the downward deepening of open-pit mine,it is necessary to optimize the traditional excavation engineering.Using the same depth of blast hole for blasting,the blasting pile is divided into two layers of shovel loading,which can reduce the operation volume of electric shovel on the ramp,and also reduce the transportation volume of cars at the bottom.Through this process optimization method,the efficiency of shovel loading and transportation can be improved,and the speed of new level trench excavation in open pit can be accelerated.
