空心钉钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究不同张力带内固定方式治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果及对膝关节功能的影响。方法:选取2015年6月-2019年6月我院收治的210例拟行骨折复位术治疗的髌骨骨折患者,将采用空心钉钢丝张力带治疗的105例髌骨骨折患者纳入研究组,将105例以克氏针钢丝张力带治疗的髌骨骨折患者纳入对照组,比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术后6个月HSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的94.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症率0.95%,低于对照组的8.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:髌骨骨折应用空心钉钢丝张力带内固定临床疗效及改善膝关节功能作用更为显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different tension band internal fixation methods in the treatment of patella fracture and the influence on knee function.Methods 210 patients with patella fracture who were treated with fracture reduction in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were selected.105 patients with patella fracture treated with cannulated screw steel wire tension band were included in group A,and 105 patients with patella fracture treated with Kirschner wire tension band were included in group B,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the HSS score 6 months after operation was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(94.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 0.95%,lower than that of the control group(8.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of tension band internal fixation of patellar fracture with hollow nail wire is more significant and the function of knee joint is improved.
