优质护理服务对流行性出血热患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析对流行性出血热患者应用优质护理服务的效果。方法选取2017年4月—2020年4月天津市第二人民医院收治配合本研究的流行性出血热患者49例,随机分为研究组26例和对照组23例。研究组采用优质护理服务,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的护理效果、护理满意率,并观察两组发热、多尿改善时间,血小板恢复正常时间及尿蛋白转阴时间。结果研究组护理总有效率为88.46%,高于对照组的56.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组发热、多尿改善时间,血小板恢复正常时间及尿蛋白转阴时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率为92.31%,高于对照组的60.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对流行性出血热患者应用优质护理服务,可以提高护理效果,缩短发热、多尿改善时间,血小板恢复正常时间及尿蛋白转阴时间,提升患者的护理满意率,改善护患关系,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service for patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Methods From April 2017 to April 2020,a total of 49 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever who cooperated in this study in Tianjin Second People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group with 26 cases and control group with 23 cases.The study group was treated with high-quality nursing service,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effect and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.The improvement time of fever and polyuria,the recovery time of platelet and the time of urine protein turning negative were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 88.46%,higher than 56.52%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever and polyuria,the recovery time of platelet and the negative time of urine protein in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was92.31%,higher than 60.87%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service for patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever could improve the nursing effect,shorten the improvement time of fever and polyuria,the recovery time of platelet and the time of urine protein turning negative,improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients and the relationship between nurses and patients,which had higher application value.
