摘 要:目的:探讨夫精人工授精精液优化处理后孵育时间与临床妊娠率之间的关系。方法:选取2020年1月-10月在我院生殖医学中心行夫精人工授精的不孕不育患者,共200例。孵育时间为0~30min分为A组100例,孵育时间为31~60min分为B组100例。比较两组之间临床妊娠率之间的差异。结果:两组女方年龄、精液优化处理后前向运动精子总数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组临床妊娠率22.00%,高于B组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夫精人工授精精液优化处理后的孵育时间与临床结局具有相关性,精液优化处理后30min内行人工授精术能提高临床妊娠率。Objective To investigate the relationship between the incubation time after the optimized treatment of husband’s sperm and the pregnancy outcome of artificial insemination.Methods Select 200 cases of artificial insemination of husband’s sperm in the Reproductive Medicine Center from January to October 2020,and divide them into two groups according to the incubation time after optimized treatment of sperm.Group A is the incubation time of 0~30 minutes after optimized treatment of sperm.The incubation time of group B was 30~60 minutes,and the difference in clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total number of progressive motile sperm between the two groups(P>0.05),and the difference in clinical pregnancy rates between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The incubation time after the optimized treatment of artificial insemination of husband’s sperm is related to the clinical outcome.Artificial insemination within 30 minutes after the optimized treatment of sperm can increase the clinical pregnancy rate.
