摘  要:为提高电测量仪表的标定以及检定工作的自动化程度以及效率,针对各典型仪表,设计了专用的快速夹装装置,基于C#以及openCV,设计了数码管识别代码以及标准器控制代码,并在此基础上,设计了人机交互界面,实现了对原始记录的自动生成。结果表明,利用电测量仪表自动检定装置,能在1分钟内完成仪表的夹装、测量以及原始记录的生成,相比之前10~30分钟的操作周期,此装置能够更好得适应大规模生产型企业对仪表的出厂检定工作。In order to improve the automation and efficiency of the calibration and verification of electrical measuring instruments,a dedicated quick clamping device is designed for each typical instrument.Based on C#and openCV,the digital tube identification code and standard control code are designed,and On this basis,a human-computer interaction interface was designed to realize the automatic generation of original records.The results show that the automatic verification device for electrical measuring instruments can complete instrument clamping,measurement and original record generation within 1 minute.Compared with the previous 10-30 minute operation cycle,this device can better adapt to mass production.Ex-factory verification of instruments for large-scale enterprises.
