摘  要:贫困偏远地区公务员结构是否优化直接关系到脱贫攻坚任务完成后乡村振兴目标的实现。如何构建一套科学有效的公务员群体结构测评工具,实现公务员队伍结构合理、职责匹配、高效优质的建设目标,是县级公务员队伍管理的重要问题。基于模糊熵理论建构公务员群体结构合理度和关联度测评模型,并以陕西省S县数据验证分析,检验了这一模型的科学性和实用性。同时,这一模型对我国偏远贫困地区县级公务员队伍结构优化、职责匹配等具有一定的借鉴意义。Whether the structure of civil servants in poor and remote areas is optimized is directly related to the realization of the rural revitalization goal after the completion of the poverty alleviation task in these areas.How to construct a set of scientific and effective civil servant group structure evaluation tools to achieve the construction goals of reasonable civil servant structure,matching responsibilities,high efficiency and quality,is an important issue for county-level civil servant management.Based on the fuzzy entropy theory,it constructs the evaluation model of the rationality and relevance of the civil servant group structure,and uses the data of S county in Shaanxi Province to verify and analyze the scientificity and practicability of this model.At the same time,this model has certain reference significance for the optimization of the county-level civil servant team structure and the matching of duties in remote and poor areas of our country.
