摘　　要：2020年新冠疫情的爆发,凸显出生物医药产业的重要性以及中国生物医药产业发展存在的不足和短板。本文选取了2011-2019年的欧盟工业研发记分板(1)数据,通过记分板企业研发投入数据的变化,分析全球生物医药产业发展的现状和趋势,同时运用实证分析确认了研发投入和产业发展存在的关联关系以及收益周期。最后通过梳理发达国家促进生物医药产业发展的先进经验,提出金融支持中国发展生物医药产业的相关建议。The outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020 highlights the importance of the biomedical industry and the shortcomings and shortcomings of the development of China’s biomedical industry.This article selects the EU industrial R&D scoreboard data from 2011 to 2019,analyzes the current status and trends of the global biomedical industry development through the changes in the scoreboard corporate R&D investment data,and uses empirical analysis to confirm the relationship between R&D investment and industrial development.Relationship and profit cycle.Finally,by combing the advanced experience of developed countries in promoting the development of the biomedical industry,propose financial support for China’s development of the biomedical industry and put forward relevant suggestions.
