傍针刺配合走罐治疗颈心综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察傍针刺配合走罐法治疗颈心综合征的疗效。方法:将63例颈心综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用傍针刺配合走罐法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺配合走罐法治疗。两组均1周治疗3次,连续治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后临床症状积分和中医证候总积分,并评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.88%(31/32),优于对照组的74.19%(23/31)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组临床症状积分和中医证候总积分均有明显改善,且治疗组在改善颈痛、心悸、胸闷、胸痛及中医证候总积分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心电图复常率为47.37%(9/19),对照组心电图复常率为23.53%(4/17),两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:傍针刺配合走罐法治疗颈心综合征能够有效改善临床症状,其疗效优于常规针刺配合走罐疗法。Objective:To observe the effect of para-acupuncture combined with moving cupping therapy in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome.Methods:63 patients with cervical heart syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with para-acupuncture combined with moving cupping therapy,whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with moving cupping therapy.The scores of clinical symptoms and the total score of TCM syndromes were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups,clinical efficacy was assessed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88%(31/32),which was significantly higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms and the total score of TCM syndromes were significantly improved in both groups,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvements of neck pain,palpitation,chest tightness,chest pain and the total score of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).The recovery rate of ECG was 47.37%(9/19)in the treatment group and it was 23.53%(4/17)in the control group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Para-acupuncture combined with moving cupping therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cervical heart syndrome,and its efficacy is better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with moving cupping therapy.
