温和灸少泽、至阴刺激泌乳对照观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温和灸少泽或至阴或少泽加至阴刺激泌乳的疗效。方法:将60例缺乳患者随机分为少泽组(20例)、至阴组(20例)、少泽+至阴组(20例)。3组分别使用艾条温和灸少泽、至阴、少泽+至阴,每日治疗1次,共治疗3次。进行症状体征评分和泌乳素含量检测,对比临床疗效。结果:3组治疗前后症状体征评分和泌乳素含量均明显降低(P<0.01),但3组间治疗后症状体征评分和泌乳素含量无明显差异(P>0.05),3组总有效率差异亦无统计学意义[85%(17/20)、80%(16/20)、85%(17/20),P>0.05]。结论:温和灸少泽或至阴或少泽加至阴刺激泌乳没有差异,至阴也可刺激泌乳。Objective:To observe the effect of mild moxibustion on Shaoze(SI1),Zhiyin(BL67),and on both points to stimulate lactation.Methods:60 cases of hypogalactia were randomly divided into Shaoze group(n=20),Zhiyin group(n=20),and the combination group(n=20).The moxibustion was once a day for three times in total.The scores of symptoms and signs,as well as prolactin content were measured,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of symptoms and signs,as well as the prolactin content were significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the three groups(P<0.01);of which there were no statistical differences among the three groups after the treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rates were 85%(17/20),80%(16/20)and 85%(17/20)respectively in the three groups,and there were no significant differences among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no difference in stimulating lactation with mild moxibustion on SI1,on BL67 or on both points,stimulating points BL67 can also promote lactation.
