摘　　要：区域医学检验中心建设是落实国家医疗卫生改革、实行分级诊疗、推动区域医疗联合体建设的重要环节,在提升区域医学检验质量、推动优质医疗资源下沉、降低医疗机构运营成本、减少政府财政重复投入、实现区域医学检验结果互认及区域医学检验资源共享等方面发挥重要作用。近年来,随着国家医疗卫生改革的深化和分级诊疗制度的不断推进,独立医学实验室和公立医院检验科的发展开始转型升级,我国区域医学检验中心建设进入快速发展期,出现多种新模式,机遇和挑战并存。未来,区域医学检验中心将呈现规模化、专科化、平台化、信息化、一体化的发展趋势。The construction of regional medical laboratory center is an important link in the implementation of national medical and health reform,the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and the promotion of the construction of regional medical association,it plays an important role in improving the quality of regional medical laboratory,promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources,reducing the operating cost of medical institutions,reducing the repeated investment of government finance,realizing the mutual recognition of regional medical laboratory results and sharing of regional medical laboratory resources.In recent years,with the deepening of the national medical and health reform and the continuous promotion of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,the development of independent clinical laboratories and departments of clinical laboratory in public hospitals begin to transform and upgrade.Regional medical laboratory center construction in China entered into rapid development period,presented many new kinds of forms,opportunities and challenges coexist.In the future,regional medical laboratory center will present the development trend of scale,specialization,platformisation,informatization and integration.
