急危重症常用中成药调剂现状分析及技术规范初步构建

摘　　要：中成药治疗急危重症历史悠久,临床疗效明确,具有突出的实用价值。开展急危重症中成药调剂技术规范研究既是保障临床合理用药的要求,也是推动药学服务发展的关键任务。针对目前急危重症中成药调剂研究范围窄、调剂流程不规范、调剂人才缺乏等掣肘问题,文章思考以临床药学服务为导向,提出构建急危重症常用中成药调剂九项关键技术,包括采购验收技术、库存管理技术、处方审核技术、处方调配技术、处方复核技术、发药与用药交代技术、用药监测技术、处方点评技术以及药物警戒技术。通过对急危重症中成药调剂技术体系及其规范进行构建,保证临床调剂合理高效,推动中医临床药学服务发展。Proprietary Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of critical and severe diseases,with clear clinical effect and prominent practical value.The development of study on technical specifications for proprietary Chinese medicine dispensing is not only a requirement to ensure clinical rational drug use,but also a critical task to promote the development of pharmaceutical service.Aiming at the current thorny problems such as the narrow research scope of proprietary Chinese medicine dispensing,the non-standard dispensing process and the shortage of dispensing talents,guided by clinical pharmacy service,this paper proposes nine key techniques for the construction of Chinese patent medicine dispensing in critical severe acute disease,namely,procurement acceptance technology,inventory management technology,prescription checking technology,prescription distribution technology,prescription review technical,medication distribution and guidance technology,medication monitoring technology,prescription comment technology and pharmacovigilance technology.Through the construction of the technical system and its benchmarks for Chinese patent medicine dispensing in acute critical diseases,the reasonable and efficient clinical dispensing can be guaranteed and the development of TCM clinical pharmaceutical service can be promoted.
