摘　　要：基于针灸疗法在古代疫病防治文献记载中的广泛应用与显著疗效,文章拟检索相关医理、医话与医案,梳理不同针灸干预手段在疫病预防、治疗、康复各阶段中的应用,并探讨其理论依据与诊疗思路。针灸疗法多样,艾灸芳香驱邪、回阳扶正,针刺疏通经络、调和阴阳,放血疗法可祛瘀生新,导引按跷可调和形神,在疫病防治中展现出各自优势,应用中具有"防治结合,因势利导"、"择法施术,各有所长"、"辨经论治,脏腑同调"等特点,其诊疗思路或可从固护正气、调畅经络、祛邪生新等方面加以理解,为今后针灸疗法在传染病防治中的临证运用提供参考。The application of acupuncture and moxibustion has played an important role in various stages of epidemic prevention and control.This paper consulted the medical theories,medical speeches and medical case records related to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases by ancient acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,and summarized its application concepts and basis in the stages of epidemic prevention,treatment and rehabilitation.The aim was to provide reference for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the prevention and treatment of epidemic disease in the future.The diagnosis and treatment ideas may be understood from the aspects of strengthening and protecting vital qi,regulating meridians and collaterals,removing blood stasis and generating fresh energy.
