中医脱发病证源流考略

摘　　要：对于脱发的记载在中医古籍中出现较早,但各家观点不一。其病名以"鬼舐头""鬼剃头""油风"等出现,但称谓混淆不清者亦有之。脱发与肝、肾、脾、肺等脏腑均有关,病因病机总体应以邪实正虚为主,多由血虚风燥所致,亦有痰湿内蕴、风热动摇、血瘀内阻、饮食失宜等因素所致。历代医家对于脱发的治疗各有所长,注重患者个体差异,辨证论治;虚实兼顾,养清并用,内外治法均具特色。文章整理清代及清代前中医文献中有关脱发的记载,以期为临床提供更多理论及诊疗参考。The records of alopecia appeared early in ancient Chinese medical books,but there were different opinions.Some ancient names of this disease include’Gui Shitou’,’Gui Titou’,’Oil Wind’,but the name confusion also existed.It is believed that this disease results from vital qi deficiency while pathogenic qi prevailing.Alopecia is caused by blood deficiency and wind dryness.Phlegm and dampness,wind and heat shaking,blood stasis,improper diet and other factors are also related to it.Medical experts of all dynasties had their own advantages in the treatment of alopecia.They paid attention to individual differences of patients,treated them based on syndrome differentiation.They gave consideration to both deficiency and excess,raise and tonic.Both internal and external treatments of TCM have their own characteristics.In order to provide more theoretical and diagnosis and treatment reference for clinic,this paper sorts out the records about alopecia in Chinese medicine literature of Qing dynasty and before.
