基于“脑络瘀阻、清阳不升、肝风内动”论治癫痫经验

摘　　要：癫痫是一种严重威胁人类健康的神经系统疾病,临床表现为阵发性、暂时性惊厥发作,伴意识、感觉及情感等方面短暂异常。秦国政教授认为癫痫发作与先天因素、骤受惊恐、脑部外伤等有一定关系,主要病位在脑,与心、脾胃、肝、肾关系密切,病机责之于气血瘀阻引起脑络损伤、脾胃虚损致使清阳不升、血虚生风导致肝风内动,基本治法为活血开窍、益气升阳、养血柔肝,采用通窍活血汤合益气聪明汤加小红参为基础方,根据患者实际情况随症加减,临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。Epilepsy is a nervous system disease that seriously threatens human health.The clinical manifestations are paroxysmal and temporary convulsions,accompanied by transient abnormalities in consciousness,feeling and emotion.Professor QIN Guo-zheng believes that epileptic seizures are related to congenital factors,sudden panic,brain trauma,etc.The main disease location is in the brain,and it is closely related to the heart,spleen-stomach,liver,and kidney.The pathogenesis is responsible for the brain collateral damage caused by qi and blood stasis,spleen and stomach deficiency resulting in the failure of clearing yang,blood deficiency and wind leading to internal stirring of liver wind,the basic treatment methods are activating blood and resuscitating,replenishing qi and promoting yang,nourishing blood and softening the liver,using Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Yiqi Congming Decoction plus small red ginseng as the basic prescription.According to the actual situation of the patients,the clinical effect was significant and worthy of further promotion and application.
