从血痹病传论治糖尿病微血管并发症

摘　　要：文章基于糖尿病微血管并发症的发病机制阐述了其与血痹在发病机制、临床表现、病位3个层面的密切相关性,从血痹病传的规律上探讨糖尿病微血管并发症的证治特点,提出糖尿病肾病属血痹病传水证之风水黄汗范畴,糖尿病足属血痹病传火证之痈脓恶疮范畴,糖尿病周围神经病变属血痹病传气证之风痹脚气范畴,糖尿病视网膜病变属血痹病传血证之虚劳亡血范畴,并总结了相应的主治方药。Based on the pathogenesis of diabetic microvascular complications,this article elaborates its close correlation with blood arthralgia at the three levels of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and disease location.It is suggested that diabetic nephropathy belongs to the Fengshui Huanghan of fluid syndrome due to blood arthralgia.Diabetic foot belongs to the category of carbuncle and abscess of fire syndrome due to blood arthralgia.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy belongs to the category of Fengbi Jiaoqi of qi syndrome due to blood arthralgia.Diabetic retinopathy belongs to the category of fatigue and hemorrhage of blood syndrome due to blood arthralgia.And the corresponding main prescriptions were summarized.
