国医大师夏桂成治疗输卵管性不孕临床经验

摘　　要：输卵管因素是引起女性不孕的主要原因之一,夏桂成教授认为本病病机为本虚标实,本虚者,肾虚为其根本,标实者,血瘀为其关键。临证治疗根据"扶正祛邪,改邪归正"的治疗原则,补肾助孕顾其本,祛瘀通络治其标,强调"求子之道,调经为先",临床以补肾调周联合祛瘀通络为大法治疗输卵管性不孕,获效颇佳,值得进一步推广。Fallopian tube factor is one of the main causes of female infertility,professor XIA Gui-cheng believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The disease has’blood stasis’as superficial and’renal deficiency’as essence.According to the principle of’strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil’,professor XIA takes tonifying kidney for pregnancy to care essence and eliminating blood stasis to stretch channel for superficial.Meanwhile,emphasizes on’regulating menstruation for pregnancy’.The clinical application of the method’tonifying the kidney and regulating the circumference’associated with’eliminating blood stasis to stretch channel’in the treatment of tubal infertility is worth to spread.
