国医大师熊继柏运用胶艾汤加减治疗妇人下血证举隅

摘　　要：国医大师熊继柏教授临床上治疗妇人下血证常以胶艾汤加减治疗。经间期出血、月经先期、月经先后无定期、经期延长等妇人下血证,其共同的主症为阴道不规则流血,苔薄白或薄黄,脉细略数等,熊老常运用胶艾汤加减治疗,对于兼夹热邪,常加西洋参、黄芩等药。另根据各自病情分别合用温经汤、香砂六君子汤、三炭饮等方剂。通过对上述案例的分析,总结其运用胶艾汤的临证经验,以示熊老明察病机,异病同治,疗效显著,为临床上应用胶艾汤提供参考。Professor XIONG Ji-bo,a master of Chinese medicine,is often treated with Jiaoai Decoction.Uterine diseases,intermenstrual bleeding,two lines in one month,menstrual disorder etc.,its common main symptoms are irregular vaginal bleeding,thin white fur,thin veins and so on,professor XIONG often uses modified Jiaoai Decoction for both heat evil,often with Radix Panacis Quinquefolii,Radix Scutellariae and other drugs.In addition,according to their respective conditions combined with Wenjing Decoction,Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,three charcoal drink and other prescriptions.Through the analysis of the cases of the same treatment of different diseases,this paper summarizes the clinical experience of using Jiaoai Decoction,which shows that XIONG Ji-bo detects the disease machine,the same treatment of different diseases,and the curative effect is remarkable,which provides a reference for the clinical application of Jiaoai Decoction.
