刘绍武运用调神平亢汤治疗溢脉型失眠经验探析

摘　　要：通过总结三部六病创始人刘绍武先生运用调神平亢汤治疗溢脉型失眠的临床经验,分析刘老对溢脉型失眠病因病机的认知,从而阐明调神平亢汤在三部六病学说中的临床应用依据。进一步剖析验方调神平亢汤的组成、方义及功效,同时附典型医案加以解释与印证。刘老认为溢脉型失眠的病因病机为情志过极,肝失条达,久致气郁化火,上扰心神。应采用疏肝泄热,镇静安神的治疗方法,并自拟调神平亢汤治疗该病。刘老运用调神平亢汤治疗溢脉型失眠,是从整体出发,运用协调疗法,体现了其"四脉定性,依脉定方"的学术思想,临床疗效显著,值得学习与推广。According to summarize the clinical experience of LIU Shao-wu,the founder of the three departments and six diseases,in the treatment of insomnia with overflow pulse.Analysis of professor LIU Shao-wu’s cognition of etiology and pathogenesis of stagnation-type insomnia,clarifying the clinical application basis of Tiaoshen Pingkang Decoction in the theory of three departments and six diseases,and analyzing the composition,meaning and efficacy of Tiaoshen Pingkang Decoction at the same time,accompanied by a typical medical case to explain and confirm.LIU Shao-wu believes that the pathogenesis of the insomnia with overflow pulse is emotionally extreme,and the liver is out of reach,causing qi stagnation and anger.This disease should use the method of soothing liver and venting heat,calming and calming the nerves,and self-made to adjust Tiaoshen Pingkang Decoction to treat the disease,from the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine,to demonstrate the rationality of Tiaoshen Pingkang Decoction in the treatment of overflow-type insomnia,combined with clinical examples prove its effectiveness in treating insomnia.LIU Shao-wu used Tiaoshen Pingkang Decoction to treat the insomnia with overflow pulse.It is based on the whole and uses the coordinated therapy to reflect the academic thought of’four pulse veins qualitative,and veins decoction’.The clinical curative effect is remarkable and worth learning and promotion.
