丁书文运用当归六黄汤从阴虚火旺论治心房颤动的经验

摘　　要：心房颤动是临床上常见的持续性心律失常之一,长期的心房颤动会引起血栓栓塞事件。丁书文教授临证50余载,对心房颤动的中医药治疗具有独到的见解。丁教授认为,阴虚火旺是心房颤动的主要病机,多汗是辨证为阴虚火旺的关键症状。当归六黄汤是"盗汗之圣药",多用于治疗阴虚火旺之盗汗,丁书文教授将其引入心房颤动的治疗中,疗效显著。文章总结丁书文教授运用当归六黄汤化裁治疗心房颤动的临证经验以及用药特色,为临床治疗心房颤动提供新的思路。Atrial fibrillation is one of the common persistent arrhythmias in clinic.Persistent atrial fibrillation can cause thromboembolism.Professor DING Shu-wen has been engaged in clinical trial for more than 50 years and has unique opinions on the treatment of atrial fibrillation with traditional Chinese medicine.Professor DING believes that the main pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation is the yin-deficiency and fire-excess,and the night sweat is the key symptom to diagnose the yin-deficiency and fireexcess.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction is the most effective medcine to treat the night sweat,which is caused by the yin-deficiency and fire-excess.Professor DING Shu-wen applied it into the treatment of atrial fibrillation and got significant effects.This paper concludes professor DING’s clinical experiences and the principle of medication in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,and provides the new trian of thought for the clinical treatment of atrial fibrillation.
