基于玄府学说论放射性视网膜病变的风药运用

摘　　要：文章以玄府学说为基础,从眼的生理结构及生理特性出发,明确"眼中玄府为精、气、血等升运出入之通道门户",结合放射线的"火热"特性,阐释放射性视网膜病变之病机。根据风药味薄性轻灵活泼、宣透善动之特性,提升从"开宣玄府、通利气血"等方面论述风药治疗放射性视网膜病变的实效性,为中医临床治疗放射性视网膜病变提供新思路。In order to verifing that sweat pore of the eye is the gateway to the transportation of life essence,like as qi,blood,body fluid and so on,we derived the physiological structure and physiological characteristics of the eye,combined with radiation which is characterized by pathogenic’fire-heat’,and explain the pathogenesis of radiation retinopathy.According to the thinness and flexibility of the wind medicinal,we summarized the treatment of radiation retinopathy from the aspects of’dredging sweat pore,dispersing and promoting flow of qi and blood’,and provided new methods to treat radiation retinopathy from a respective of traditional Chinese medicine.
