摘　　要：肿瘤发病率逐年增高,严重危害了人类生命健康,中医通过辨证论治,在肿瘤的治疗中具有良好效果。笔者通过探讨《伤寒杂病论》中记载的经典名方鳖甲煎丸组方配伍,针对太阳营卫不固、少阳枢机不利、阳明腑气不通3个病因,分析方中配伍药物,其起到了同调太阳营卫、少阳枢机、阳明腑气三阳之功及活血消癥之效,本方在肿瘤的治疗方面具有良好疗效,进一步研究鳖甲煎丸对肿瘤在临床的治疗具有指导意义。The incidence of cancer is increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a good effect in the treatment of cancer.By discussing the Biejiajian Pills described in Shanghan Zabing Lun,this prescription has the effect of homology of the Taiyang,Yangming and Shaoyang and promoting blood circulation to eliminate disease,and has a good effect on the treatment of tumor.Further research on Biejiajian Pills is of guiding significance for the clinical treatment of tumor.
