辛开苦降法干预桥本甲状腺炎思路探析

摘　　要：桥本甲状腺炎是以弥漫性甲状腺肿大及甲状腺自身抗体阳性为特征的一种自身免疫性甲状腺炎,西医尚无针对自身免疫病因的治疗方法。桥本甲状腺炎属于中医"瘿病"范畴,是因天霾土荒,水秽菜焦,膏腴毒积,加之素体本虚,脾胃受损,升降失常,气血失和,致郁、痰、瘀结于颈前喉结两侧而发,其发病均离不开脾胃升降失司。故治以辛开苦降法,取其辛散升发阳气、苦寒以降泄阴火,使脾胃得和,阳升阴降,清浊归位,气血冲和,以期改善自身免疫而病解。Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is autoimmune thyroiditis characterized by diffuse goiter and positive thyroid autoantibodies.There is no western medicine treatment for autoimmune causes.Hashimoto’s thyroiditis belongs to the category of’Ying Bing’in traditional Chinese medicine.Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is caused by the haze of the sky and the loss of the ground,water pollution and pesticide residues in vegetables,and greasy and cold food,which finally leads to dysfunction of spleen and stomach,expressing stasis on both sides of the anterior cervical throat node.Therefore,It should be treated via the method of acrid dispersing and bitter descending,reconciling the spleen and stomach,balancing yin and yang,followed by promoting the qi and blood,and then improving immunity.
