摘　　要："苦寒败胃"是古今医家广泛认同的观点,目前的现代药理基础研究多从胃、肠道活动及肠道菌群等角度入手。文章基于部分学者提出的中医"脾"与现代医学"胰腺"的相关性,通过观察性味苦寒的中药对胰蛋白酶的作用、比较慢性胰腺炎与脾胃阳虚临床症状及急性胰腺炎治疗中苦寒药物的应用,说明"苦寒败胃"与胰腺的相关性,并为其现代药理基础研究提供了新思路。As a widely recognized viewpoint of ancient and modern doctors,the modern pharmacological research of’bitter cold medicine hurting stomach’starts from the perspectives of the gastrointestinal motility and intestinal flora.This article is based on the correlation between the traditional Chinese terms’spleen’and the modern medical terms’pancreas’proposed by some scholars.By observing the effect of Chinese medicine with the feature of bitter and cold on trypsin,and comparing the clinical symptoms of chronic pancreatitis with spleen and stomach yang deficiency,and the application of bitter cold medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis,the correlation between’bitter cold medicine hurting stomach’and pancreas was explained,and provides new ideas to new pharmacological research.
