摘　　要：肺癌在全世界的发病率及病死率呈逐年上升趋势,其病死率在恶性肿瘤引起的死亡中居首位,中医药在改善肺癌术后、放化疗后的不良反应以及抗肿瘤生长方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,充分体现了中医整体调节的优势和特色。肺癌的主要病理基础大致可以归于"正虚"及"邪实",因此目前中医药临床中对于非小细胞肺癌的治疗当益气养阴、温阳扶正以治本,清热解毒、活血化瘀、化痰散结以祛邪,多种治疗方法联合应用。中医药作用于非小细胞肺癌的疗效显著,机制研究方面目前多认为与免疫功能调节、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制血管生成、阻滞细胞周期等有关。现根据近年文献对中医药防治非小细胞肺癌的治法与药物选择,以及药效机制进行综述。The morbidity and mortality of lung cancer are increasing year by year in the world,and its fatality rate ranks first among the deaths caused by malignant tumors.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is playing an increasingly important role in improving the side effects after lung cancer surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,as well as in anti-tumor growth,which fully reflects the advantages and characteristics of the overall regulation of Chinese medicine.The main pathological basis of lung cancer can be roughly attributed to’vital qi deficiency’and’excessive pathogen’,so the current TCM clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer should be mainly to replenish qi and nourish yin,warm yang to cure the root cause,clear heat and detoxification,promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,dissolve phlegm and disperse jie to dispel evil,a variety of treatment methods combined application.TCM has a significant effect on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and its mechanism is currently believed to be related to the regulation of immune function,the promotion of tumor cell apoptosis,the inhibition of angiogenesis,and the block of cell cycle.Based on resent literatures,this paper reviews the treatment,drug selection and pharmacodynamic mechanism of TCM in the prevention and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
