摘　　要：彝医水膏药疗法正式作为一种彝医外治法在彝族民间传承了150年左右,传统彝医水膏药由3味彝药发展而来,如今其配方得到了拓展,且依托乙醇提和水提的方式进行了制剂创新。研究表明彝医水膏药疗法有缓解疼痛、促进骨细胞生长活跃、增加周围血液循环、消除水肿及促炎性物质吸收等作用,对于多种骨伤科疾病有显著疗效。文章对彝医水膏药疗法的起源与临床研究等予以阐述,总结了彝医水膏药目前存在的问题,并展望了其发展前景。The water plaster therapy of Yi medicine has been passed down to the Yi people for about 150 years as an external treatment method of Yi medicine.Traditional water plaster of Yi medicine has been developed from three Yi medicinal herb,and its formula has now been expanded.Based on ethanol extraction and water extraction methods the preparation of water plaster has been innovated now.Studies have shown that water plaster therapy of Yi medicine has the effects of relieving pain,promoting active bone cell growth,increasing peripheral blood circulation,promoting edema elimination and inflammatory substance absorption,and has significant effects on various orthopedic diseases.This article expounds the origin and clinical research of water plaster therapy of Yi medicine,summarizes the current problems of it,and looks forward to its development prospects.
