摘　　要：山茱萸为临床常用大宗药材,其环烯醚萜苷类成分是研究最深入、最具有开发前景的主要活性成分之一。文章对2015年1月至2019年10月关于山茱萸环烯醚萜苷类成分的研究进展进行综述。已有文献报道的山茱萸环烯醚萜苷类成分共66种,从药理活性、分子机制及作用通路多个方面综述其对糖尿病及并发症、脑组织、神经系统及肝损伤的保护作用、抗炎及调节毛发生长的生物活性,以期为山茱萸环烯醚萜苷类成分的深入研究、开发和利用挖掘新的思路和方向。Corni fructus is a widely used medicinal material in clinic,and the iridoid glycosides are one of the main active components with the most in-depth research and development prospect.This paper reviews the research progress of cornel iridoid glycosides from January 2015 to October 2019.There are 66 kinds of cornel iridoid glycosides reported in the literature.The protective effects on diabetes and the complications,brain tissue,nervous system and liver injury,anti-inflammation and biological activity to regulate hair growth from the aspects of pharmacological activity,molecular mechanism and action pathway are summerized,in order to explore new ideas and directions for the further research,development and utilization of cornel iridoid glycosides.
