摘  要:目的:分离白术根腐病病原菌,探究温度和pH值对病原菌生长状态的影响。方法:采用组织分离法分离、纯化得到病原菌,致病性试验判定其对白术的致病性。通过分子生物学鉴定病原菌的种属。分别采用不同的温度和p H值探究不同条件对病原菌生长的影响。结果:白术根腐病病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)。在温度超过30℃、p H值为9时尖孢镰刀菌生长缓慢。结论:温度和pH值都会对尖孢镰刀菌的生长产生影响。Objective:Pathogenic fungus of root rot of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.was isolated to explore the effects of temperature and pH on its growth status.Methods:Pathogenic fungus of root rot was isolated by tissue separation method.Exploring the pathogenic effect of isolated strain on Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.through pathogenicity experiments.The isolated strains were identified by molecular biology methods.Effects of different temperatures and pH on the growth of pathogenic fungus were explored.Results:Fusarium oxysporum was pathogenic fungus of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz..Fusarium oxysporum growed slowly at temperatures over 30℃and pH=9.Conclusion:Both temperature and pH affect the growth of Fusarium oxysporum.
