原发性失眠患者8260例的舌象特征及意义探讨

摘　　要：目的:归纳原发性失眠的常见舌象特征,明确不同舌象与原发性失眠的相关性及意义。方法:检索1949年10月1日至2019年10月1日的文献资料,筛选出原发性失眠相关病例8260例,获取原发性失眠患者的舌象数据,运用SPSS 19.0软件对患者舌象中的舌色、舌形、苔色、苔质进行统计分析。结果:原发性失眠患者舌色以暗红舌、红舌为主;舌形以齿痕舌、胖大舌为主;苔色以黄苔、白苔为主;苔质以薄苔、腻苔、厚苔为主。结论:原发性失眠患者的舌象分布与该疾病密切相关,并明确了阴虚火热、心肝火旺、心脾两虚为其主要的病机特点,为原发性失眠的诊治提供了客观依据。Objective:Induce the common tongue characteristics of primary insomnia to clarify the correlation and significance of different tongue manifestation with primary insomnia.Methods:Searched the literature from October 1,1949 to October 1,2019,screened out 8260 primary insomnia-related cases,obtained the tongue data of PI patients,and used SPSS 19.0 software to perform statistical analysis on tongue color,tongue shape,fur color and fur character in the patient’s tongue manifestation.Results:The tongue color of the patients with primary insomnia was mainly dark red tongue and red tongue,the tongue shape was mainly teeth-printed tongue and plump tongue,the fur color was mainly yellow and white fur,and the fur character was mainly thin fur,greasy fur and thick fur.Conclusion:The distribution of the tongue manifestation of primary insomnia patients is closely related to the disease,and it is clear that yin deficiency and fiery heat,heart and liver fire,and heart and spleen deficiency are the main pathogenesis characteristics,which provide objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of primary insomnia.
