论提高针刺临床疗效的几个因素

摘　　要：目前针灸界涌现出许多新疗法,这给传统针灸带来挑战,作为针灸从业者,应敬畏古代传统针灸理论,针刺疗效的取得与很多因素有关。针刺临床操作应注意以下因素:辨证论治、针刺选穴、针刺顺序、针刺工具、针刺手法、针刺时间。针灸医生在临床诊疗时,应在准确辨证的基础上,精准选穴,选择合适的针刺顺序与针刺工具,采用恰当的针刺手法,关键是得气,并正确守气,使气至病所,采用合适的针刺时间,因势利导,准确发挥针灸疏通经络的作用,以取得最佳疗效。At present,there are many new treatments in the field of acupuncture,which bring challenges to traditional acupuncture.As practitioners of acupuncture,we should respect the ancient traditional theories of acupuncture.The efficacy of acupuncture is related to many factors.The following factors should be considered:treatment based on syndrome differentiation,acupoint selection,acupuncture order,acupuncture tools,acupuncture techniques,acupuncture time and acupuncture objects.Acupuncturist should treat patients on the basis of syndrome differentiation,precise acupoint,choosing the appropriate acupuncture order and acupuncture tools,adopting appropriate acupuncture technique,the key is to obtain qi and keep qi,and properly keep qi to disease,using the right acupuncture time,improve the occasion,to play the role of acupuncture in dredging meridian,in order to obtain the best curative effect.
